Everyone is in their own unique situation. Some have been running for years, some are looking to get into the sport itself. Sites offer generic training plans that are aimed at helping individuals get from point A to point B, which, although useful, don’t take into account a runners history or current situation.
That’s where we come in.
By gaining an understanding of each runners background, running history, overall goals, and training ability, we are able to design a unique training approach that will be the most effective for them.

About Me
My name is Sean Barry, and I am an RRCA Certified Run Coach and NASM Certified Personal Trainer.
My running story is probably much like that of others. I first got into running as a freshman in college initially to lose weight and get in shape, and instantly fell in love with everything about it. Since then, I have gotten more serious about training, having run a number of races ranging from 5k's to full Marathons. Over the years, I started to realize I get a lot of enjoyment from helping others find their passion for running.
I’ve had the privilege of coaching individuals ranging from those running their first race, to experienced runners. I’ve found that each runner is unique and has their own individual story.
